FAQ'S
WHY IS COUNSELLING IMPORTANT?
Counselling helps you to gain a new perspective on various issues and problems. It provides you with therapy in a safe environment where you regain wellbeing and the balance you need in your life. This all happens in a respectful and non-judgemental environment, enabling you to think more clearly to make better decisions and process thoughts in an effective way.
We are delighted to announce we have received a grant from the Postcode Neighbourhood Trust a grant- giving charity funded entirely by players of the People’s Postcode lottery.
